Who we are
A specialized division of Windemuller Technical Services
Florida Lightning Protection is the specialized lightning and surge protection division of Windemuller Technical Services, based at 1611 Northgate Blvd., Sarasota, Florida. Since 1985 we've focused on one thing: comprehensive lightning and surge protection for residential and commercial properties throughout Florida.
We're a state-certified electrical contractor and a UL listed lightning protection contractor. Over the decades we've completed thousands of projects statewide and protected more than 100,000 customers — homes, hotels, data centers, museums, schools, and government buildings.
Everything we install is designed in-house, free of charge, by people who understand Florida's unique lightning climate — and installed by our own licensed electricians and certified installers, never subcontractors.
